I guess the actual definition of the words "flax seed," "soy butter" and "organic" is "lotto." But I do love Trader Joe's... even if I'm going to have to sell stuff on eBay to support my habit.

What happened to hot dogs...or lunch meats? This world is getting too fancy for an old cowhand like me.
I love Trader Joes, and do the exact same thing when I come across one. But, I also LOVE hot dogs. What is it about them? Absolutely hated turkey ones though. Give me the "real" stuff any day. Weird, I don't eat much meat, but am obsessed with hot dogs and McDonalds cheeseburgers. So called "meat."
you need to check out their little newsletter/book thing. it is informative and inspirational. last time i read it on the treadmill and my mouth watered the whole time.
