Tortilla Soup Update

Day two of the soup-- if it doesn't get eaten in one go and there are leftovers, day two makes it a really yummy chili. All the liquid soaks up into the chicken and veggies. While you can add more liquid, I decided to give it a go as chili and added a packet of taco seasoning for more flavor. I thought... hmmm... chili cheese fries? A look in the freezer revealed fries (or chips as the English would say that MRN had somehow snuck in there when I wasn't looking. Lucky me! A quick reheat of some of the chicken tortilla-now-chili, poured over fries and garnished with some chopped onions and cheddar cheese? YUMMMM.
