You Know You're a New Yorker When...

... you are reading the "How We Rate" (compared to five other major U.S. cities) feature in "Chicago" magazine and you're cheering (as in pumping your fist in the air, mouthing "Awww Yeeeah!") to the fact that NYC rates #1 in all of the "Crime" categories.

It's that competitive nature that marks a *true* New Yorker.

Can you BE funnier? And you really want to move back, huh? Well, I for one am all for it :)! I love NYC and you being there is really my only excuse to visit. Not to mention that Noa needs to go there and see how great it is. Isn't it amazing that all the places he's been in this world, and he hasn't been there?!??!

Yeah, no kidding! When I lived in NYC, I had a revolving door of guests. Since moving to Chicago, I've had TWO sets of guests in two years! I know i complained a lot in NYC (albeit, more because of the lingering guests that wouldn't move out... 7 months; come on, people!), but the dry spell is a little sad.
