What's the point...

... of making anything from scratch when you can just buy this? Seriously-- it's the best brownie ever. Especially if you make them just a tad underdone. But the best-best part? The chocolate chips that are already in the mix. I buy this from Costco. Yes, everything is better in bulk.

and then it comes down to brand names (lol). hubby swears by ghirardelli, i'm more of a pillsbury myself. little girl eats anything either one of us makes. any brownies made in our house doesn't last long enough for it to cool down. by the time the aroma starts thru the house, we're already pouring the ice cold milk.

Yummmm--- I just had an ice cold glass of milk and a brownie. I don't like chocolate, which is another reason why I think these brownies are transformational!

my favorite from costco :)! i always have this in the house, but try only to make them for an occasion because we all do not need to be eating these on our own. i've also been wanting to make cupcakes and rose marie's pineapple cake, but also waiting for an occasion.
